With the new Línea Maestra from Partagás, Habanos S.A. is now introducing a new luxury line in this traditional Habanos brand. Three new figurado formats were created for the Línea Maestra, which are characterized by a special shape of the cigar heads. The "Origen" with the production name "Bondadoses" is a 154 mm long and quite slim format with a ring gauge of 46. The "Rito" with the vitola "Gustosos" is a powerful, new figurado format with a length of 168 mm and a large ring gauge of 52.
The rather compact "Maestro" in the "Deleites" format has the largest ring gauge of 56 with a length of 132 mm. This makes it the thickest format of the Partagás brand ever.
When designing the Partagás Línea Maestra, Habanos opted for a particularly intense and warm blue that has never been seen in any Habanos brand before. The intensity of the color design is also reflected in the completely newly developed tobacco blend, which impresses with an aromatic complexity and depth that the brand's standard lines do not have. It goes without saying that only selected torcedores from the best cigar manufacturers are allowed to roll these special long-filler cigars, using the "totalmente a mano" manufacturing method that is still exclusively used in Cuba. It is also self-evident that only a selection of special raw tobacco qualities from the top plantations in Pinar del Rio can be considered for this.
