"Leyenda" (production name Maravillas No.2, length 165 mm, ring gauge 55) is the largest of the three new formats. It first appeared on the market as "Montecristo 80 Aniversario" for the brand's 80th anniversary. All three formats are made as longfillers according to the traditional method "totalmente a mano". The mixtures of the cigars of the new line are significantly stronger than those of the classic Montecristos or the Edmundo line. They appeal to first and foremost the experienced cigar smokers and lovers of rich and spicy cigars. All three formats are offered in boxes of 20 pieces. The design of the boxes is completely new, they are matt lacquered in a warm brown shade on which the logo and the name of the brand stand out in a reddish gold tone. For the first time in the history of the Habanos, these cigars receive a third ring attached to the base of the cigar. It depicts Fleur-de-Lys, which has distinguished the traditional Montecristo brand from all other brands from the beginning.
