Vegueros Centrofinos: The production name of the format, which appeared for the first time, is also "Centrofinos". With a length of 130 and a ring size of 50, it corresponds to a slightly longer Robusto. The large ring size cools the smoke from the extremely pleasant, medium-strong to strong mixture. It offers uncomplicated cigar enjoyment for almost an hour.
Details
"Veguero" is the Spanish word for tobacco farmer. Without him there would be no tobacco for cigars. His work is often hard and tedious. Every single one of the often over one hundred thousand plants on a plantation must be checked and cared for by him more than 150 times during a vegetation period. The Vegueros brand is dedicated to these important workers who have cultivated tobacco in Pinar del Rio for generations.
The Vegueros brand has been on the market since 1996, but in 2014 it was introduced in a completely new form: with three formats produced for the first time, a new blend, a fresh design and innovative packaging. They are produced according to the classic "totalmente a mano" method, which has only been practised in Cuba to this day - completely by hand - in the "Francisco Donatién" factory in the heart of the Cuban tobacco centre Pinar del Rio.
It has been on the market since 1996 and is now being marketed in a completely new form: with new formats, new designs and innovative wrappings. It consists of three compact formats: Mañanitas (length 100 mm, ring 46), Entretiempos (110 mm, ring 52) and Tapados (length 120 mm, ring 46). They are offered in carton packs of 4 pieces and in metal cans of 16 pieces.
Also new are the mixtures of the cigars, which are somewhat lighter than those of the original formats. Habanos classifies them as medium to strong. They are manufactured according to the classic "totalmente a mano" method - completely by hand - in the "Francisco Donatién" factory in the heart of the Cuban tobacco centre Pinar del Rio.
Now the fourth format of the brand is on the market: the Vegueros Centrofinos. The production name of the format, which appeared for the first time, is also "Centrofinos". With a length of 130 and a ring size of 50, it corresponds to a slightly longer Robusto. The large ring size cools the smoke from the extremely pleasant, medium-strong to strong mixture. It offers uncomplicated cigar enjoyment for almost an hour.
