Please note that no cash on delivery is possible for deliveries abroad. Mailbox notifications can not be used for the dispatch of goods. Deliveries shall be made to the delivery address specified by you.

In the case of foreign deliveries, their respective import regulations apply or inform us as to what must be observed when exporting. We accept no liability for loss, customs clearance or storage of the goods in the case of foreign deliveries. The goods are delivered with the German tax bond. We are not responsible for the duration of the delivery of the goods. The transport costs will not be refunded in the event of a delay.

Orders can be picked up contactless at the store door on the next working day.

Insofar as the item specification does not give any other term of delivery, the delivery of the goods in Germany ensues within 1-2 days, with deliveries abroad within 2-3 days after order confirmation (with agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction). Note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we send the goods in a joint shipment, insofar as we have not made any deviating agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined according to the item with the longest delivery time which you have ordered.

With deliveries inside Germany, you have the following payment options:

With deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:

With payment by credit card, we charge your credit card account when the contract is concluded.
