Order Process
1. Shopping cart
Choose the products you would like to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This will put what you have chosen into the shopping cart. You can change this choice at any time until sending off your order, by changing the number of products, by clicking the box “Delete” delete the choice or break off the ordering procedure. By clicking the button “Checkout“, you go to the next ordering step.
2. Checkout
Please sign in with your email address and your password in case you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data is collected, processed and used in compliance with the ( data protection regulations (data protection notice). Any other use or passing on to third parties will not take place. If you are already registered, you can now choose the delivery method. By clicking the button “Continue” you go to the next ordering step.
3. Check invoice address / choose payment method
Now check your invoice address and enter your desired payment method. By clicking the button “Continue” you go to the next ordering step.
4. Check shipping address / choose delivery method
Now check your shipping address and enter your desired delivery method. By clicking the button “Continue” you go to the next ordering step.
5. Complete ordering process / General Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy
You receive a summary of your order: the products chosen, the shipping and invoice address and your contact details. Check whether all information is correct, and please read the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy through carefully. You can only continue with the order if you accept the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy (place a tick). You send your order to us by clicking the button “Buy now”. Hereby you are submitting a legally binding offer.
